Quick Facts Location: Kingsport, Tennessee, 37660 Start Date: 10/05/2026 End Date: 04/05/2027 Shift: 24-hour day shift (Monday 7:00 AM EST to Monday 7:00 AM EST) Hours per Week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Travel/Contract License/Certs: TN License or IMLC, Board Certified in GI, ACLS/BLS, TN DEA Experience: Well experienced in General GI and ERCP procedures; minimum of several years in specialized GI work Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: ~$4,680.00 per week (equivalent to approximately $4680.00 hourly rate when calculated on a weekly basis) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time (per state/federal laws) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Provide inpatient gastroenterology consultations and procedures for adult patients Perform advanced procedures such as ERCP and general GI interventions Collaborate with OR and Endo nursing staff within endoscopy suites Support patient care in inpatient units, managing a varied case volume Conduct assigned procedures and assist with rounding as needed Participate in 24-hour call rotation, including phone consults and occasional on-site support Use Olympus equipment and assist with scheduling flexible procedures like EUS What You Need Required: Board Certified Gastroenterologist Tennessee Medical License or IMLC acceptance Active TN DEA registration ACLS and BLS certifications Extensive experience with general GI and ERCP cases Preferred: Experience with EPIC EMR system Certification as a Certified Surgical Reviewer (CSR) About the Assignment This position is based at a leading facility in Kingsport, TN, focusing on inpatient GI care with advanced procedures and dedicated patient support.
