Key responsibilities Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate negotiation processes Required qualifications New York Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster certification Experience in claims handling, particularly in litigation contexts Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities efficiently Strong negotiation skills for reaching settlements Reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States
