What You'll Do Help clients shape and deliver outcomes by leading business and technology initiatives across industries. Define project scope, timelines, success metrics, and clear paths forward in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Drive transformation execution—owning outcomes, managing risks and dependencies, and aligning stakeholders. Frame and solve business, process, and technology challenges by translating ambiguity into actionable insights and recommendations. Facilitate agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models depending on client context and project needs. Leverage AI tools and techniques (e.g., generative AI for documentation, predictive analytics for risk and timeline forecasting, automation for reporting) to accelerate delivery and improve quality. Support business development efforts through scoping, estimation, and proposal contributions. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability innovation and development. What You'll Bring Experience delivering business and technology initiatives through project, program, or workstream leadership in consulting or enterprise environments (consulting strongly preferred). Comfort operating through ambiguity - able to structure problems, assess options, and drive decisions forward. A curious, accountable, learning-oriented mindset with a strong bias to action. Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven success delivering business and technology solutions across diverse industries. Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and project governance. Experience applying AI-enabled tools to streamline delivery workflows and enhance team productivity. Experience in Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Retail is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for the Consultant pay range is $90,000-$120,000. The targeted base salary pay range for the Senior Consultant pay range is $110,000-$155,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
