What You Will Do

• Drive Automation Strategy: Provide technical leadership to design and deploy custom automated solutions across high-tech fluids and electro-mechanical hardware product lines.

• Program & Integrate: Get hands-on with advanced industrial systems—programming, troubleshooting, and integrating PLC networks (Siemens TIA Portal / Allen-Bradley), robotics, and cutting-edge machine vision systems.

• Design Custom Tooling: Utilize SOLIDWORKS to design innovative fixtures, custom tooling, and optimize machine/equipment layouts for maximum throughput.

• Eliminate Bottlenecks: Target process inefficiencies and leverage automation to directly improve cycle times, quality metrics, equipment uptime, and labor efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Automation Leadership: Develop, implement, and customize automated and semi-automated manufacturing solutions across Fluids and Electro-mechanical Hardware product lines.

• Process Optimization: Identify assembly and machining bottlenecks, analyze inefficiencies, and implement automation to improve cycle times, quality, uptime, and labor efficiency.

• Systems Integration & Programming: Program, troubleshoot, and integrate industrial automation systems using Siemens TIA Portal , Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) , robotics, and machine vision systems.
