Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float; go by rotation when there are multiple C/L staff scheduled

Patient Experience requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients/family members. Bedside shift report, ability to make personal connections with patients and include them/family members in their plan of care.

Hospital Specifics: Certifications: Comprehensive Stroke, ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center, Certified Chest Pain Center

Hiring profile: Requested Skill Set: Med/Surg experience, ability to prioritize care, multitask, start IVs, basic wound care, maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, & chest tubes.

Must have: Active RN license, BLS certification
