Position: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Telemetry Location: Sanford, NC Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts (19:00‑07:00) Employment Type: Travel Pay: 12‑hour shift pay package (details TBD; tax‑free stipend determined) Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical telemetry unit. Assess and monitor patient's conditions, ensuring safety and comfort. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment plans. Qualifications & Certifications Current RN license to practice in North Carolina. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), Handle with Care (HWC), or Management of Actual or Potential Aggression (MAB) certification. National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale certification. 1‑2 years of nursing experience in a telemetry or medical/surgical setting preferred.
