Facilities Operations Manager

YMCA of Southwest Florida is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and repairs for a designated region. The role includes supervising housekeeping and custodial teams, ensuring facility safety, and coordinating with external vendors for maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, along with good organizational and communication skills.
