Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Master our simplified solutions and product offerings to grow your current base of dealer partners, gain market share, and

\n

achieve floorplan production goals

\n

• Through frequent communication and in person interaction, as well as the ability to provide a

\n

knowledgeable and understanding approach to consulting, you will drive market retention rates

\n

and reduce the number of dealer partners not actively using their existing line of

\n

credit

\n

• By providing real time solutions to daily problems, you will earn additional market share from

\n

our dealer partners and will grow further into their business as a trusted partner

\n

• By taking an entrepreneur's mindset to managing your segment of our business, you will be

\n

tenacious, control portfolio losses, and ensure that you balance the customer experience with extremely minimal loss tolerances

\n

\n

• Foster meaningful relationships via transparent communication to all our internal and external partners by being easily accessible

• Performs all other duties as assigned

\n

Education and Experience:

\n

• Bachelor’s degree

\n

• 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Lending

\n

• Strong grasp on the automotive industry with significant experience and knowledge of the

\n

wholesale market

\n

\n

Requirements/Abilities:

\n

• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

\n

• Ability to leverage a sales process to overcome customer objections and deliver the Company’s

\n

value proposition

\n

• Ability to effectively develop and maintain strong business relationships

\n

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

\n

• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment

• Valid driver’s license

\n

• Nights and weekends will be required

\n

Physical Requirements:

\n

• Must be able to communicate clearly

\n

• Ability to ride in cars during Market visits for extended periods

\n

• Must be able to move objects up to 50 pounds

\n

• Required to be able to travel for extended periods of time (greater than 4 hours)

\n

• While performing the duties of this job the employee will, at times, be subject to outside

\n

environmental conditions

\n

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA,
