I implemented a variety of assessment tools including the VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, Socially Savvy, and ABLLS to develop individualized treatment goals. In addition to supervising direct care staff and overseeing treatment for five to ten clients at a time, I ran center-based Social Skills Groups from 2018–2019 and organized and facilitated Parent Support Groups during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020–2021). I collaborated closely with clinical leadership to strengthen consistency in assessment development and treatment implementation across providers. I lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all training, professional development, and clinical growth initiatives across the organization.
