Job Summary Greet and register patients for evaluation and treatment. Verify medical insurance and ensure payment due at the time of service is collected. Always maintain a clean and neat appearance. Provide administrative support to the Nurse Manager/Facility Administrator and other staff as needed.

Now Hiring External Candidates Duties And Responsibilities Provides front office registration duties such as greeting and verifying, benefits, HIPAA consent forms, patient demographics, and payment receipts. Scans and enters patient information/medical reports in patient files through E-Power. Enters patient/service census and survey data. Provides medical records to other providers as requested with a medical release form signed by the patient. Properly log payment and cash receipts as required. Maintains adequate levels of supplies for patients' use, such as water, coffee, condiments, and snacks. Performs duties to ensure the work area and restrooms are clean and free from hazards. Maintains confidentiality of patient and employee-related issues. Treat patients and their families with respect and dignity. Answers telephone in a polite manner, communicates clearly, and when necessary, transfers calls or information to the appropriate staff. Attends Patient Service Representative meetings as scheduled by the Nurse Manager/Facility Administrator, System Business Manager, or management staff. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Requirements High School Diploma/GED 2-year experience in clerical support. Valid Driver's License. CPR Certification preferred.
