Hands‑on litigation experience with early responsibility and courtroom exposure Opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters across diverse industries Collaborative, high‑performance litigation team with strong mentorship Market‑leading compensation with meaningful bonus and origination opportunities Los Angeles‑based practice with sophisticated regional and statewide matters Job Details Responsibilities Handle a broad range of litigation matters from inception through trial Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery Argue motions and participate in hearings Take and defend depositions Assist with trial preparation, including strategy development and witness preparation Work closely with partners and clients to manage cases efficiently and strategically Qualifications 4+ years of broad‑based litigation experience Demonstrated experience with commercial litigation, including matters involving breach of contract, tortious interference, and/or breach of fiduciary duty Experience arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing cases for trial Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills with consistent attention to detail Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and client‑facing communication skills Additional experience in real estate, land use, trusts & estates, and/or intellectual property litigation is highly desirable Strong academic credentials required Active admission to the California Bar required Interested in hearing more?
