Chain Sales Merchandiser

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Chain Sales Merchandiser to support retail chain accounts by executing merchandising standards, building displays, and maximizing product visibility. In this field-based role, you will stock shelves, rotate inventory, set planograms, and install point-of-sale materials for leading wine and spirits brands. You'll work closely with sales reps and store personnel to support promotions, track inventory, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines while representing our people-first, collaborative culture in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Southern Glazer's products in assigned chain retail accounts
• Build and maintain in-store displays to maximize visibility and sales
• Stock shelves and coolers, rotate inventory, and ensure proper facing
• Execute planograms and promotional programs according to brand standards
• Install and maintain point-of-sale materials and signage
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate out-of-stocks or opportunities to sales reps
• Collaborate with store personnel and sales teams to support sales objectives
• Report on store conditions, competitive activity, and display execution
• Maintain a regular route schedule and prioritize accounts efficiently
• Uphold company safety, compliance, and responsible service guidelines
