Office Assistant/Receptionist | $16 - $18 per hour DOE Monday-Friday, 7am-4:00pm A brokerage Firm in Royal, IA is seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist to join their growing team! Office Assistant/Receptionist provides general support to ensure smooth operation of the office and facility. This role includes a blend of clerical, administrative, and light maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and flexible, with a proactive approach to daily responsibilities. Manage incoming client communications Assist clients and brokers with the initial setup Onboarding of new accounts Handle standard office paperwork Maintain organized, detailed records Assist brokers and team members with internal processing, data tracking, and operations Complete daily administrative tasks to keep the fast-moving office running smoothly.
