Mancan Staffing is seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join a growing and reputable company in the Cambridge area. This is a full-time position offering 40+ hours per week, with opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, electrical, plumbing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring machinery and facilities are operating safely and efficiently. Your role will be essential in keeping operations running smoothly and minimizing downtime.

Position Details:
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PMPay: Starting at (based on experience)Full-time with potential for overtime

Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete timely repairs
Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentAssist with general facility upkeep as needed

Basic maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude
