Title Senior Manager, Commercial Forecasting – Pharma Location South California or Chicagoland (3x week in office – relocation provided if needed) Salary $165–175k DOE + bonus + LTI (some wiggle room for a superstar) Role Overview This is a highly visible, strategic role where your insights will shape the TA. You will partner with senior leadership to influence decisions and have responsibility for both forecasts and strategy—a seat at the table. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary forecasting partner to Brand Leads and Therapeutic Area leadership. Build and align on global forecasts for pipeline assets, driving cross-functional consensus. Identify and quantify key risks and opportunities to maximize commercial potential. Shape go/no-go investment decisions through market, competitive, and financial analysis. Apply advanced analytics (scenario planning, Monte Carlo simulation) to assess uncertainty. Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that influence senior stakeholders. Integrate cross-functional perspectives to develop an objective view of brand strategy. Drive innovation and efficiency in forecasting processes. Qualifications MA degree, 6+ years of experience in biopharma forecasting or analytics.
