About the Role Southern Tide, LLC is a coastal‑lifestyle apparel brand based in Greenville, S.C. The Keyholder is a crew position responsible for assisting with the daily operations of a Southern Tide retail store. This includes sales, customer service, and safeguarding the store’s assets while upholding the Southern Tide brand. Responsibilities Provide sales support and merchandise suggestions to customers, enhancing their shopping experience. Operate the point‑of‑sale software, handling routine register transactions, inventory receiving and transfers, and opening/closing of registers and store. Participate in store‑related meetings, working toward exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management. Maintain the integrity of inventory, assisting with cycle counts and year‑end physical inventory to prevent shrinkage. Offer ideas to grow and improve the business, such as merchandising, staffing, floor displays, fixture arrangements, advertising, promotion, hours of operation, and other operational enhancements. Safeguard store assets and maintain inventory accuracy. Qualifications & Requirements High School diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of retail experience. Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Word. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform bending, stooping, and kneeling as required. Strong attention to detail, proficient oral and written communication, and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Eligibility for overtime (when required).
