The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end function of facilities, logistics, field workforce, and process infrastructure. This role demands a hands-on operator with a proven track record in scaling operations, particularly in logistics, fulfillment, facilities management, or services businesses. The VP will be tasked with running and scaling live facility operations, leading new-facility buildout, setting operating standards, and establishing a robotics and automation strategy. Strong financial acumen, deep expertise in process design, and the ability to build and manage high-performing operations teams are essential. Applicants for the VP of Facility Operations role at the company should have at least 15 years' of progressive operations leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years' at the Director level or above. The role requires a leader who is a builder, takes ownership of outcomes, and is energized by the prospect of building and scaling operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design, operational standardization, and be an expert in KPI management.
