Key Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Pennsylvania
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in school settings, particularly with high-needs elementary populations, preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based intervention

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students with a variety of high-needs diagnoses
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Develop, monitor, and adjust IEPs as needed, documenting all activities in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Maintain accurate, timely records and provide ongoing communication with stakeholders
