Facilities Manager

Position Overview The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Support the Area Manager in implementing short- and long-term projects for client projects. Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Lead and the client. Oversee appropriate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the client. Oversee the development and management of capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with the client representative. Develop monthly and quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis. Assist with the development and implementation of the annual management plan for the buildings within the area. Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in the corporate environment, third‑party service provider, or consulting. Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, with oversight of both technical and administrative staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint. Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems. Experience supervising vendor performance, including normal and off‑hours and weekends when necessary. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience). Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems. Oversight of multiple facilities with varied functions.
