Qualifications and Experience

• Current and valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (CCC required)
• Experience providing services in a school setting, working with K-12 student populations
• Strong knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs), assessments, and evidence-based intervention
• Ability to deliver onsite services—virtual arrangements are not considered for this role
• SLP-CF candidates are not eligible for this opportunity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with families, teachers, and support staff

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to the creation and implementation of IEPs
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and services delivered
• Consult with families and educators to identify strategies that support student development
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development initiatives
