Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales

Mobile Associate – Store-in-Store (SiS) As the face of T‑Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, you will bring energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. You will thrive in a high‑traffic environment, continually learning new products and processes to provide outstanding experiences. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with a broad range of customers, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile’s warehouse/club member benefits. Complete training on the T‑Mobile store‑in‑store experience, new skills, products, systems, and reference resources, and continuously improve skills to provide the best possible experience. Build rapport and trust with customers, exceed expectations, attract potential customers, and follow up on sales opportunities and referrals. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (Required) Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred) Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to balance experience and performance goals (Required) Team building: willingness to work with peers and store leaders, share best practices, and resolve issues (Required) Retail sales aptitude: competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required) At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay: $20.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. During the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive training pay and are eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year after promotion to Mobile Expert. Full‑time employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All eligible employees receive an annual stock grant.
