Responsabilidades
• Brindar atención de alta calidad, centrada en el paciente y adaptada a las necesidades y preferencias únicas de cada cliente.
• Asistir en las actividades de la vida diaria, incluyendo el baño, vestirse, el aseo personal y el apoyo a la movilidad.
• Preparar comidas y refrigerios según sea necesario.
• Recordar la toma de medicamentos y asistir en su administración según las indicaciones recibidas.
• Ofrecer compañía, conversación y actividades que fomenten la interacción social y la estimulación mental.
• Realizar tareas ligeras de limpieza del hogar, recados y otras tareas de apoyo.
• Informar sobre cualquier cambio o inquietud al coordinador de atención o al supervisor.
Requisitos
• Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 libras (aprox. 11 kg) y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.
• Transporte confiable y licencia de conducir válida (si corresponde).
• Sólidas habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
• Actitud compasiva, confiable y empática.
• Disposición para aprender y crecer dentro del campo de la asistencia y el cuidado.
• Se anima a postularse a los candidatos bilingües.
