Opportunity:

Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapy

Job Details:

• Treat patients ranging from neonates to geriatric with respiratory issues
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• 2 Respiratory Therapists per shift with house supervisor available 24/7
• Assist with intubations, ventilator management, nebulizer treatments, BiPAP, CPAP, and ABG collection
• Chart using EPIC system
• Operate BiPAP equipment including V60s and V30s
• Operate ventilators including Puritan Bennett 840
• Operate transport ventilators including Hamilton and Enve
• Weekend rotation every other weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• May float throughout the hospital
• 1 orientation shift to learn workflow
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and CRT or RRT
• Scrub color: Any
• Free parking available

This facility is a 99-bed Level III Trauma Center providing comprehensive care to patients across a broad range of medical needs. The facility supports respiratory therapy services across the entire hospital and maintains a 24/7 house supervisor presence to ensure consistent patient care. The organization is equipped with modern respiratory therapy equipment and utilizes EPIC for electronic charting.
