- Includes base pay - plus uncapped commission potential
- Uncapped upside - Top performers earn $80,000+ yearly with commission
- Fast commission payouts - 0.25% of sold jobs booked during regular hours, 0.75% for evenings/weekends

- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads
- Respond to inbound leads within minutes
- Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
- Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date
- Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
- Work closely with outside sales and installation teams
- Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month
- High-energy and competitive by nature
- A strong, confident phone communicator
- Motivated by a tracked, KPI-driven environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- A fast learner with strong follow-up discipline
- Experienced in sales or home improvement - a plus, but not required
