Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and vehicle repairs.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of service orders.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (luxury vehicle experience preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.

$100,000 - $250,000 a year Salary dependent on experience and performance. No cap on commissions/bonuses!
