Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Techfor our distribution center client to start at 21.40 /hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:
Activities related to receiving of incoming goods according to guidelines and instructions for (unloading of trucks and containers and sorting these shipments) and the storage in the warehouse. Picking/Packing of customer orders, loading of trucks and containers, according to guidelines and instructions. Ensure that orders are shipped in time, complete and in the correct quality to the customers according to guidelines and instructions. Identifying problems and blockages in the workplace and notify the Supervisor. Responsible for quality and housekeeping activities.

• Execution and coordination of activities for receiving of incoming inventory, put away, movements, restocks, pull downs, put ups, rack to shelf put aways, cycle counts and other activities in an on-line computer environment. Responsible and troubleshooting for work orders. (25%)
• Execution and responsible for the shipping process. (25%)
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers. (10%)
• Picking and completing customer orders and internal orders with a RF-Unit and packing of customer work orders. (10%)
• Come with improvement ideas and actively be involved in the identification and elimination of waste (Plan-Do-Check-Act) (5%)
• Assist in training and development of less experienced employees. (5%)
• General department housekeeping as needed & required to maintain appearance standards. (5%)
• Identifying problems and blockages in the workplace and notify the Supervisor (5%)
• Collaborate with some administrative tasks related to warehouse (storeroom control, recycling, space administration, etc.), only for the location where it is required. (5%)
• Processes receipts for raw materials in Oracle. Checking, processing and making sure that all documents for incoming materials are valid according with requirements (quantity, price, POs, physical receipt was done, etc.), only for the location where it is required. (5%)

• IL Paid Leave for All Workers

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)

Overtime will be mandated based on business needs.

Location: DeKalb, IL

Schedule/Shift Details

• 2nd shift- 3pm-11pm - Monday- Friday
• 2nd shift- 2pm-10pm- Monday- Friday
• Sunday 11pm-7am and Monday -Thursday 10pm-6am

MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN on 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm

Qualifications

• 2 years of Sit down, Stand Up, Stand up Reach forklift.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 plus hours.
• RF Scanning Experience preferred
