## Material PlannerApplylocations: Vernon, California UStime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-18741**Role Summary:** As a Material Planner, your primary function involves planning and scheduling repairs to meet customer specifications and deadlines. You will coordinate across various departments such as engineering, purchasing, sales and operations to ensure all customer expectations are met.**Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays from 7 am to 4 pm. 100% in office.****Location: Vernon, CA.****We're not able to support visa sponsorship at this time.** **Responsibilities:*** Determine delivery time after inventory check* Check customer orders, including Identity Number, price, delivery time, shipping and billing address and customer specifications* Communicate with internal and external customers to provide updates on order status and expedite requests* Request quotes and initiate purchase orders* Schedule with suppliers, including delivery date check, reconciliation and information* Support with warehouse activities as needed (incoming goods, inspection, packaging, shipping)* Other duties as assigned**Requirements:*** 5-7 years relevant experience in planning, scheduling within the manufacturing environment.* Ability to deal with complex contexts, multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently planning material availability and capacities* ERP experience* Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)* Strong organizational skills* Demonstrates ownership**Preferred:*** BS or BA Degree in relevant field* SAP experience* MS Project experience* Experience in industrial engineering**Benefits Starting from Day 1:*** Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (including FSA and HSA options)* Life Insurance + Supplemental Life, Child, Spousal, and AD&D Insurance* Short and Long Term Disability* Retirement Planning, 401(k) plan, & Financial Wellness Resources* Educational Assistance Program* Time off Policies (including sick leave, parental leave, and paid vacation)Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.Pay range for this role: $94,967 - $142,517 USD annually.
