Devops Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a top enterprise client in the technology and services space. This individual will join a cloud infrastructure-focused team supporting the migration of a flagship application to a modern Kubernetes-based platform in Azure. The role is heavily hands‑on, requiring deep expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, networking, and CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will play a key role in improving scalability, performance, and cost efficiency while helping the organization adopt AI‑driven tooling to accelerate development and infrastructure operations. Day-to-Day Support a cloud infrastructure sub‑team within the DevOps organization Work heavily with Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure networking, and CI/CD pipelines Troubleshoot container‑to‑container and service‑to‑service communication issues Support migration of a large flagship product to a new Kubernetes‑based platform Assist in modernizing deployment infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost reduction Contribute to adoption of AI tools and coding agents to accelerate DevOps workflows Collaborate with smaller, isolated DevOps teams focused on platform stability and migration We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience Strong Azure-focused background (cloud infrastructure & services) Hands‑on experience using Claude and AI coding agents to accelerate development Strong networking expertise: DNS, routing, VPNs, private/public networking, secure networking practices Azure ecosystem troubleshooting experience Kubernetes infrastructure and networking experience (ingress, gateways, service communication) Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform preferred) CI/CD pipeline experience, including: Harness Kubernetes manifest templating GitHub Actions Azure DevOps pipeline deployments Kubernetes troubleshooting experience Experience migrating Azure PaaS solutions to Kubernetes Cost optimization and performance tuning experience in cloud environments Experience working on large‑scale, flagship product migrations Previous experience leading or mentoring within a DevOps or platform team #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
