Job Title: Sales Manager - Automotive Dealership Location: Provo, Utah & Salt Lake City, Utah Dealership: Sky Ford of Provo About Us: Sky Automotive Group (a division of Salt Lake Valley Auto Group) is expanding in Utah County and seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our Provo location. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet volume and gross profit goals * Handle internet, phone, and walk-in leads to ensure consistent follow-up and closing performance * Address and resolve customer satisfaction issues promptly and professionally * Monitor and manage new and used vehicle inventory, including aging and turn rates * Train and develop sales staff through one-on-ones, team meetings, and real-time coaching * Implement strategies to maximize front-end gross, finance penetration, and trade-in conversions * Collaborate with executive management to maintain a positive, accountable, and energetic sales floor culture * Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, company policies, and local regulations Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience (management experience preferred) * Proven leadership ability with a track record of sales performance * Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with CRM tools, desking software, and dealership DMS systems * Must thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment What We Offer: * Competitive base salary + aggressive performance bonuses * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * A growing organization with advancement opportunities * A team-focused, energetic, and supportive work environment Equal Opportunity Employer.
