Associate Sales Representative - Santa Barbara, CA - Craniomaxillofacial

Responsibilities Work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build knowledge, skill and comfort with clinical‑product knowledge and selling styles and techniques. Receive training and independently prepare to perform at the highest levels in the operating room, working with surgeons and healthcare professionals. The expectations are challenging, yet rewarding. Represent Stryker as a leader in the industry and marketplace. Identify and promote solutions and sell products that change patients’ lives. Collaborate with the team to build your own business one customer and account at a time. Identify and prospect new customers while continually servicing existing ones. Assist Sales Representatives in determining the resources needed for customers to achieve sales objectives and then execute those plans, which may include educational programs, product development initiatives and sales strategies. Foster a culture that makes CMF the destination for top performers and a place where careers thrive. Qualifications 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements. Ready to work in emergency and operating room environments. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems. Capacity to handle competing priorities and adapt as circumstances change quickly. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain sales relationships. Prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals, including occasional weekends and overnight travel. Highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule. Own a personal vehicle for transporting product inventory and traveling to support customers. Ability to learn from setbacks and develop tactics to minimize recurrence. Benefits $70,000-$85,000 salary and may be eligible to earn a bonus + benefits.
