Overview:

We are a growing home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. Our mission is to improve lives through personalized care and strong community connections.

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist/Account Executive to expand our presence within Monroe and Morgan Counties and its surrounding communities and strengthen referral partnerships in the healthcare space. This role is ideal for someone who is relationship-driven, community-focused, and passionate about connecting families with quality home care services.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute outreach and marketing strategies targeting the communities
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, clinics, social workers, and community organizations
• Conduct community outreach through events, networking, and local partnerships
• Promote home care services to increase client referrals and brand awareness
• Manage and grow social media presence focused on bilingual audiences
• Track outreach activity, leads, and marketing performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and service alignment

Experience & Skills:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written required)
• Experience in marketing, sales, community outreach, or healthcare-related roles preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing (social media, email marketing, CRM tools a plus)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals and community partners

Preferred Experience:

• Background in home care, healthcare, senior services or related fields.
• Established connections within local communities
• Experience generating referrals or leads in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, social work or related field (preferred, not required)
