Reports To: Clinical Leadership 1. POSITION SUMMARY This position provides inpatient acute care and trauma focused orthopedic surgery services within a hospital employed practice. The role includes joining a growing orthopedic surgery team in an expanding clinical environment supported by a modern trauma designated hospital. 2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide inpatient orthopedic acute care and trauma services
• Perform general orthopedic surgical procedures
• Conduct evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing management
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, and multispecialty colleagues
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives 3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Physician with qualifications in Orthopedic Surgery 4. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (None stated)5. COMPETENCIES • Clinical expertise in orthopedic surgery and trauma care
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
• Effective communication with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Professionalism and ethical clinical practice

• Manage a broad range of musculoskeletal and trauma related conditions

• Inpatient shift based work

REPORTING STRUCTURE This position reports to Clinical Leadership and collaborates with orthopedic surgery, trauma services, and multispecialty teams across the organization. 11. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Competitive compensation with high six figures to low seven figures earnings potential
