As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you’ll work full-time in public schools to support students’ academic success and social-emotional growth. You will provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, assist teachers with classroom instruction, track student progress, and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment. City Year’s collaborative, social justice–focused culture offers ongoing training, leadership development, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact while building your professional skills in education and youth development.
