Job Description
Analyze project plans and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information for bids. Identify and quantify cost factors such as time, materials, and labor. Prepare and present estimates to clients and stakeholders. Review subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements. Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market conditions. Monitor and adjust estimates based on project changes or unforeseen conditions. Provide support during contract negotiations as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Estimator should have: Familiarity with construction estimating software and tools. Strong analytical and mathematical skills to assess project requirements. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with diverse stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
