This is a fully remote role based in Malaysia, supporting our AU logistics operations./ppWhat youll be doing:/pulliOwn inbound warehouse operations to ensure smooth receiving of up to three containers per day, preventing disruptions to daily operations./liliMonitor and manage demurrage and detention risks, identifying, challenging, and resolving charges arising from warehouse-related delays where applicable./liliMaintain high inventory accuracy (?98%) through regular stock reconciliation and independent investigation of discrepancies./liliProactively manage warehouse storage utilisation and inbound planning to avoid congestion and operate within agreed capacity limits./li/ulpWhat youll need to succeed:/pulliExperience working with external vendors, with exposure to vendor coordination and performance management./liliDemonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives within operations or warehouse environments./liliHands-on experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation, with strong attention to accuracy and detail./liliStrong systems and data capability, including proficiency in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems./liliAbility to analyse operational data, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and translate insights into practical corrective actions/li/ulpBuilt for Real Life, Designed for Whats Next/ppAt Castlery, weve spent over a decade building a brand people love by designing furniture for real life - durable, beautiful, and made to keep up with change.
