Associate Attorney

BSM is seeking an associate attorney (0-5 years) for full-time employment. Applicants should have excellent communication, writing, and legal research skills, as well as a strong understanding of legal principles. The Associate Attorney position responsibilities include:
* Attend court hearings and depositions
* Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
* Conduct legal research and analysis
* Prepare reports to insurance companies
* Negotiate settlements
* Keep up to date on changes in the law and legal developments Benefits:
