Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics (Events) The Sr Manager owns the portfolio intelligence layer for the global World Tour program. This role evaluates market performance, models footprint scenarios, and synthesizes insights from regional teams, operations, and finance to inform leadership decisions on how the global World Tour portfolio should evolve over time. Core Responsibilities Own the analytical modeling that informs the global World Tour footprint. Global World Tour Footprint Planning: evaluate market performance across regions; model expansion opportunities and new markets; identify underperforming cities or markets; analyze regional demand signals and ecosystem growth; support leadership decisions on market rotation and portfolio balance. Prepare data‑driven scenarios and recommendations to inform leadership discussions on future markets. Global Portfolio Performance Visibility: maintain the centralized performance view of the World Tour portfolio; track and analyze attendance trends across markets, pipeline influence indicators, regional performance comparisons, year‑over‑year market trends, market growth or decline signals. Provide leadership with a consistent and reliable view of portfolio health. Global Event Portfolio Intelligence Repository: build and maintain the institutional knowledge base for the World Tour portfolio; maintain historical and current data on market attendance performance, pipeline influence signals, regional demand indicators, operational capacity considerations, financial performance signals (in coordination with finance). Portfolio Modeling & Market Analysis: develop scenario models that support leadership decisions such as expanding into new markets, rotating or reevaluating existing cities, adjusting the portfolio balance across regions, identifying emerging market opportunities. Global Portfolio Performance Review: own the cadence and preparation of the Global World Tour Portfolio Review, providing leadership with regular visibility into overall portfolio health, regional performance comparisons, emerging demand signals, underperforming markets, and potential footprint adjustments. Cross‑Functional Data Coordination: partner closely with regional marketing teams, World Tour operations, finance and accounting to ensure consistent data inputs and alignment across the portfolio. Finance retains ownership of financial forecasting, budget management, and financial governance. Required Skills 8+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, modeling, and strategic planning. Scenario modeling for market expansion and portfolio optimization; regional performance analysis and trend tracking; identifying underperforming and high‑growth markets. Global footprint planning and portfolio intelligence. Multi‑source data synthesis for leadership decision‑making. Centralized portfolio performance tracking; ownership of the Global World Tour Portfolio Review cadence; maintain institutional knowledge repository. Partner with regional marketing, operations, and finance; ensure consistent data inputs across stakeholders. Present insights and scenarios to senior leadership; translate analysis into decision‑ready recommendations. The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 – $216,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $172,200 – $236,700 annually.
