Pay / Compensation Base pay – $0.56 CPM on practical miles, with accessorials, bonuses, and benefits; pay increases after specific service milestones: 6 months – $0.58 CPM 12 months – $0.60 CPM 24 months – $0.62 CPM 60 months – $0.62 CPM plus longevity bonus, plus a quarterly bonus of $0.02 CPM bringing top pay to $0.66 CPM Alternative plan – $0.66 CPM on practical miles without health insurance, vacation, or holiday pay, but includes per diem and longevity bonus. Sign‑On Bonus – $3,000 for experienced drivers. Accessorials and bonuses: layover $150/night; detention $20/hour after 1 hour; holiday $150; additional stop $25; safety bonus quarterly $0.03 CPM (if qualified); weekend bonus $100; NYC trip bonus $150 (optional). Potential total annual earnings: $85,000–$90,000 (top drivers); $60,000–$90,000+ (average drivers). Weekly mileage ranges from 2,600–3,500 miles on refrigerated freight. Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance; coverage begins 30 days after hire. Short‑term disability insurance (STD) after 30 days. 401(k) with company match. Per diem – $69 per night. Optional satellite TV with reimbursement after 90 days. Job Duties / Responsibilities Operate tractor‑trailer (including reefer unit). Perform daily pre‑trip and safety inspections. Hook and unhook trailers. Complete required documentation and reports. Maintain accurate daily logs. Communicate with dispatch as required. Provide excellent customer service. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Perform other duties as necessary. Qualifications / Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL). At least 21 years old. Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience (military experience accepted). Minimum 6 months of OTR tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years. Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards. Pass all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements under FMC section 391. Clean driving record – no more than 6 job changes in the past 3 years, no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years while holding a CDL.
