Compensation Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. Benefits Competitive base salary + Lucrative bonus plan. 401(k) with firm match. Job Requirements & Experience JD degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to the New Mexico Bar. 5+ years of litigation experience. 2+ years of experience within Business Law. Preferred Practice Areas Experience with Securities law, Mergers & Acquisitions, commercial leases, and real estate. Experience with Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents).
