Crew Member Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, provide personalized assistance, and create a welcoming retail environment.
• Explain product features, services, pricing, and promotions in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and provide accurate information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Listen actively to customer feedback, identify solutions, and handle concerns with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
• Assist customers with purchases, account updates, and service-related transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Process sales transactions
• Collaborate with team members
• Help keep the store area organized, professional, and welcoming
