EmpowerHome Team is hiring motivated Real Estate Listing Agents who want the qualified opportunities, proven systems, training, and support to build a stronger listing business.
Spend less time prospecting and more time meeting sellers, securing listings, negotiating contracts, and closing transactions .

Compensation:
$140,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Meet with buyers and understand their goals and needs
Help clients find and evaluate homes
Conduct property showings
Guide buyers through the home-buying process
Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
Manage clients from consultation through closing
Follow up with leads and clients using our CRM and sales systems
Build referrals and repeat business through exceptional service
Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
Active Virginia Real Estate License required
Full-time commitment to real estate sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Listing or sales experience preferred
Skilled in market analysis and pricing
Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
Coachable, driven, and results-focused
