Social Worker

Heartland Living & Rehabilitation is currently hiring. Our facility provides residents with a full range of long-term care and rehabilitation services, along with a variety of engaging social and recreational activities. We currently have an opportunity for an energetic and dynamic Social Worker in our Greensboro, NC facility. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Social Work or other human services area such as sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology At least two years of experience in long term care; Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in completion of MDS, CAA and CP, BIMS and PHQ9 Strong organizational skills as evidenced by the ability to multi-task Have compassion for the elderly and for their families Proven ability to work in a team environment Demonstrated investigation skills related to customer complaints and other resident concerns Competency in electronic charting, PointClickCare preferred Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability 401(k) with company matching program Performance-based bonus Paid leave and holidays Employer-paid conferences and training Healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
