The role involves greeting visitors, logging entries and temperatures, directing guests, handling the main phone line, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies. Responsibilities Greet visitors and family members upon arrival Sign in all visitors and log their temperatures Direct family members and visitors to their destinations Answer the main phone line and transfer calls Prepare, receive, send, and sort U.S. mail Stock and distribute office supplies Schedule Weekdays and afternoons as needed, with weekend rotations.
