- Call responsibility is approximately one week per year

• Patient Demographics: Geriatric
• Patient Volume: 16-18
• Procedures:
- General outpatient geriatric evaluation and management
- Preventive care and chronic disease management
- Management of chronic and complex conditions
• Trauma Level: I
• EMR: Epic
Requirements :
• Active TX License
• BC/BE in IM and FM
• DEA
• Local (preferred)
• General Outpatient Geriatrics Experience
