Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.

Experience in case management or social services is highly desirable.

Knowledge of community resources and social service programs.

Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to client advocacy.

Proficient in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
