**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 2 years of previous cardiac stepdown experience - 24 months of current Stepdown/Progressive Care experience - Must have EPIC experience - Active Illinois nursing license at the time of submission - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross BLS certification - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross ACLS certification **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - Professional reference/reference check (charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference) from within the last 24 months
