You'll work alongside our Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, or Retirement & Private Wealth teams, gaining hands-on exposure to client service, sales, risk, and more — learning directly from industry experts across the country. Program highlights Full-time pathway — Top-performing interns are considered for full-time roles across HUB's U.S. branches after graduation. Industry network — Speaker Series and nationwide networking with HUB professionals and fellow interns. Day-to-day responsibilities Client engagement — Work with sales and service teams to support clients across the U.S., understanding their unique regional needs. Policy administration — Gain hands-on experience managing policies, endorsements, renewals, data, and claims support. Market research — Support analysis of U.S. insurance markets and emerging regional trends. Technical training — Participate in workshops that deepen your skills and industry knowledge. Reporting — Prepare presentations and reports that communicate findings to internal stakeholders. The expected salary range for this position is $18 - $20/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
