Business Intelligence Manager

Treace Medical seeks an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to design and maintain customized reporting tools and dashboards across the organization. The role involves leading a team of data professionals, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of BI tools, reports, and dashboards
• Manage and develop team of data analysts, architects, and BI developers
• Own data accuracy, integrity, and readiness across the data warehouse environment
• Partner with business leaders to identify KPIs and translate data into strategic recommendations
• Oversee report rollouts and provide change management support for new BI implementations

Requirements

• Advanced SQL and DAX proficiency for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Python or R for predictive modeling and automation
• Strong expertise in Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI dashboards
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years business analytics experience, preferably healthcare/medical device
• Proven team leadership and management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
