Paid Mentorship & Skill Building

• Earn $850 per week during 1-on-1 OTR mentorship with a seasoned driver trainer.
• Automatic promotion to full solo mileage rates immediately upon training completion.
• Requirement: Minimum 120 hours from an accredited CDL school to enroll.

Compensation & Financial Perks

• Average Earnings: $1,200 to $1,300 weekly average.
• Base Rate: $0.51 CPM starting mileage rate.
• Income Protection: Guaranteed weekly pay for your first 90 days after going solo.
• Extras: Monthly performance bonuses plus $15 per stop.

Route Details & Operations

• Operating Territory: California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
• Volume: 1,900 to 2,100 miles per week.
• Freight Handling: Temperature-controlled (reefer) trailers with 0% driver freight touch (no loading or unloading).

Schedule & Time Off

• Home Time: Reset at home every two weeks.
• Schedules: Round-the-clock dispatches (day and night); weekends and occasional holiday shifts expected based on account needs.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class-A CDL and active DOT Medical Card (Age 21+).
• Accepts recent CDL school graduates, drivers with 6+ months solo experience, team drivers,
• Clean MVR and background check; mandatory hair and urine drug screening.
