We are seeking a Preschool Aide to join our organization!
Responsibilities:
- Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
- Opening shift prep for daily operations
- Serve and provide breakfast
- Distribute snack items and classroom materials
- Light duty housekeeping
- Transition of students
- Serve lunch according to USDA Lunch Program guidelines
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
- Diaper changing and Potty Training routines ( lifting is required) when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare working with Toddlers & parents in a positive environment
- Ability to move quickly, multitask and physically lift children for comfort & diaper changing
- Passionate about working with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
